Please note the following when booking:

• Request and wait for a confirmation before showing up
• Bookings within 24 hours are not accepted
• Last minute cancellations or no-shows will not be rebooked
• Confirm within 5 days of appointment, or you will forfeit your place
• Appointments can be requested but may not be guaranteed for that exact time
• Please check your appointment confirmation for your exact time
